We want you to be satisfied ! You may return, new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days for a refund; perishable and personalized items cannot be returned. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
All items that have been assembled may not be returned.

All return products must be received in the following condition: In its original factory condition and packaging, returned in new and unused condition including all packing materials, hardware packs, and manuals.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, if it has been shipped and the order is refused. Round trip charges will be deducted from your refund.
What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged
Our packaging is specially designed to protect our products during shipping. However, in the uncommon occurrence where a shipment arrives broken, damaged or defective in any way, we will ship a replacement order to you free of charge, guaranteed.
Please note any damage to the shipment on the delivery paperwork. If the package appears grossly damaged, simply refuse shipment.
- If only a part of an item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We may be able to replace the damaged pieces.
How do I return a product?
